Robyn Tamanaha is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Orange County, CA. She specializes in helping people who are living with Bipolar Disorder, to help them hop in the driver's seat, take control of extreme mood changes, and live a fulfilling and balanced life.  In addition, Robyn  works with Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders, anxious high achievers, and people struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.  One of Robyn's passion projects is building community amongst AAPI clinicians: She runs a virtual monthly clinical consultation group for Asian American & Pacific Islander therapists who live throughout  the United States.
