When it comes to running our race, there there comes a time when you have to make a conscious effort and put in some hard work that will require your time and a serious attempt on your part.

“ I know I need to change but, if I don’t change, then I will never change”

When it comes to perseverance, it is a choice and there is a reward for us when we choose to endure.

Learn to embrace the season you’re in right now. Remember last week I said that sometimes our emotions can make us forget about who God is?? Well, loneliness, if we’re not careful, could make us feel like giving up on God.

Emotions like fear and anxiety are incredible opportunities for growth and to feel closer to God.

Think about the phrase, “lose your temper”. Lose implies that there is a loss, but the truth is that when we get angry, we lose so much more than just our temper.
