In July 1987, Arthur Shawcross and his girlfriend, Rose, were secretly integrated into Rochester, NY's community so as to not alarm anyone that there was a child killer from Watertown, NY in their midst. Obviously everything went fine and there were no more dead bodies connected to Arthur J. Shawcross. JUST KIDDING - what followed was a horrible bloodbath that got worst with time, as police are blocked from seeing any of Shawcross' criminal past, and they inadvertantly share critical information with the serial killer. This is the conclusion and the end of the life and crimes of Arthur Shawcross, the Genesee River Killer.
