Tonight I headed east to Cambridgeshire to talk to arable farmer, David Walston. We talked about his early days at Eton College with some very famous classmates, the London photography business that he set up after university, and his eventual return to the family farm.  We also went into some of his illustrious family history, talked about his Father Oliver Walston, his Nuffield study into soil health, and discussed many of the positive things he's doing on the farm, as well as an innovative new project he's involved with. All this and much, much more.        Episode Sponsors:  Griffith Elder - Designers & Manufacturers of rugged weighing systems for heavy industrial use www.griffith-elder.com  NFU Cymru - for more information please visit www.nfu-cymru.org.uk   Podcast Partners: Farmer's Guardian.
