Pere Gené va ser el fundador, l'anima i el cantant del grup Lone Star, màxim representant del Rock a Catalunya i Espanya als anys 60s i 70s. Amb el Pere Gené vàrem repassar la trajectòria dels Lone Star, escoltant també alguns dels temes més representatius de la banda i que són patrimoni essencial del Rock fet a Catalunya.

We dedicated the entire programme to the Catalan musician, singer, pianist and songwriter Pere Gené. We interviewed him on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Pere Gené was the founder and the singer of the legendary band Lone Star, the best Rock band in Catalonia and Spain in the 60s and 70s. With him we talked about his career, and we listened to some of the most iconic songs of his band Lone Star, songs that are essential heritage ot the Rock made in Catalonia.
