On this week's episode, the Ghost speaks with acclaimed pizza chef Anthony Scardino, aka Professor Pizza.  Scardino has been making pizza for years now and will be slingin' pies at Chicago's The Blind Barber (948 W. Fulton Market) Wednesday, November 24, Friday, November 26 and Saturday November 27. Pizzas available are Margherita, sausage and pepperoni ($18 each).

In the interview, Scardino discusses his path to becoming Professor Pizza, his run-ins with celebrities like Chance the Rapper, Kevin James, Jeff Garlin, JB Smoove, as well as why pizza is so important around the holidays.

Professor Pizza was recently included in Steve Dolinsky's The Ultimate Chicago Pizza Guide: A History of Squares & Slices in the Windy City.
