The term Local's Summer has been increasing in popularity as of late. If you don't know, it's that time in San Diego after Labor Day when all the tourist have gone back home and the beaches once again belong to the locals. Kilowatt Brewing has crafted a very San Diego Hazy IPA along that theme!
