Classically trained cellist Maya Beiser is all about adding her touch to the classics, from Bach to rock classics by Led Zepplin and Nirvana. The Yale educated musician, who was raised on a kibbutz, shot to fame in 2011 following a popular TED talk. She talks about being a non-conformist, the difficulties of playing AC/DC on the cello, David Bowie, and also why Bach is so important to her.
