We have learned from a very young age that when we don't fit in, we try to adapt and therefore we stop becoming ourselves and we become a false version of us.

A lot of people are so focused on how they look on the outside, they're not really taking care of themselves on the inside.

The process of getting to know yourself is a lifelong one, and you become what you say to yourself repeatedly.

On today’s episode, my guest is Rock Thomas, a coach, a trainer, a mastermind leader, a real estate businessman, and an inspiration for millions of people, including me. We discuss how our brains can be reprogrammed for success and happiness and how everybody can become financially free by changing their mindset.
