Today I talked to a good friend of mine and fellow co-worker, Mr. Dylan Carter. Dylan was born and raised in Texas. He's proud to be from Texas, but currently has a love story happening in Los Angeles. Dylan gives incredible advice on how he's survived this city and how Los Angeles has changed him for the better. He continues to have a bright positive outlook on the city of Angels.
