Jordan Hobbs Park, a licensed marriage and family therapy candidate, joined me for some helpful couples information and a ton of laughs. We discussed attachments, bad marriage advice, how to overcome feeling overwhelmed when in conflict, and various types of grief that may occur in couples. She also shared the importance of co-parenting and potentially seeking therapy to nurture that unique dynamic. Of course, we laughed for a good portion and called ourselves out as clients.
