Rockie, the Loc Care Nurse
Rockie is a registered nurse of 10 years, with most of that time spent in the emergency room. She is also the founder of Flower Child Loc Care, a business selling handcrafted vegan loc care products that she started selling during the lockdown.
Rockie has made that Nurse Boss Shift happen by being passion-driven, a research junkie, intentional in her business actions, and an educator on her social media accounts.
This is a down-to-earth success story about a nursing entrepreneur who has learned how to apply what she has learned in nursing to the business world of loc care. She’s done it all — and still does it all — by learning how to scale back at work and focus on her business. She remains consistent, finding ways to make her nursing and business career work alongside each other until she can become a full-time entrepreneur.
