Ahoy, Motherfuckers!
Clubber Lang is NOT the villain of Rocky III. Even if I wasn't a black man who thinks the world of him, I would still contend that he isn't the villain. The villain of this movie is clearly Paulie, who happens to be a racist AND a hater, which is just such a poor combination. It isn't Clubber's fault that Mickey KNEW that Clubber would whoop Rocky's ass, so he kept ducking him, and it isn't his fault that he finally had to pull up at the museum to show and prove, either. It isn't like he killed Mickey, either. He just happened to die while Clubber was killing Rocky. That's a coincidence.
I love this movie. I love that man. And I really dig Sylvester Stallone for writing such banging ass lines.
