Boot maker Jim Brainard came into the KFFR studios to discuss the art and process of leather making. Brainard will be teaching a class at the Rocky Mountain Folk School in Grand Lake on June 29th. Ryan Wilson sat down with Jim and Gillian Butler, Marketing Director of the Grand Lake Creative District, to discuss how he learned this western tradition and why it is important to preserve these skills for future generations.
