Rocky Snyder is the owner of Rocky’s Fitness in Santa Cruz, CA. He is an accomplished and avid surfer and snowboarder, and well known as a regular on KSCO 1080am. Rocky is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in Applied Functional Science, NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist, TPI-Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, a licensed US Soccer Coach and a USA Weightlifting Coach. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Rocky is the author of three books: “Fit to Surf: The Surfer’s Guide to Strength and Conditioning,” “Fit to Paddle,” and “Fit to ski and snowboard: The Skier’s and Boarder’s Guide to Strength and Conditioning.”
