There may not be as much interest in the Royal wedding among Brits as we think.

UK correspondent Rod Liddle says he wishes them a lovely day.

But he wonders how much of an appetite there is for all the media coverage outside the affluent south of the country.

"There are place where people are quite badly off and look at this opulence with some degree of I guess, envy, and, I guess, bitterness."
