Evangelical Steven Pynakker interviews Rod Meldrum founder of the FIRM Foundation organization. This conversation/presentation is a response to John Dehlin's Mormon Stories interview of Simon Southerton. Rod gives his response to the interview, talks about a phone conversation he had with John Dehlin, discusses the Universal Model of Creation, being a nuanced Young Earth Creationist, his interest in meeting my previous guest anthropologist Thomas Murphy, and the importance of being able to discuss our differences civilly. It was a real privilege that Rod came on to my program to give his response. I am a self confessed "fan boy" of his so it was really cool to have him on!
