Terry Damm was born in Hove, Sussex on the South Coast of

England. Where I went to school, college, and then traveled and worked

overseas for 9 months, before moving to London, where I had a career in

the Fashion Industry in Sales and Marketing for 17 years. During this

time, in London I met and married my husband Douglas and had my 3

children.

In 1994 our moved the family to Sarasota Florida. I became a full

time stay at home mom, in a new and strange environment!! The children

started school, and I was very involved in all the schools activites. Once the

fledgling’s left, I knew I wanted to have the flexibility of working

from anywhere, and earning extra. A friend introduced me to Rodan and

Fields Skincare, I have always been interested in skincare and taken

good care of my skin, so I immediately jumped in.

The beauty of R & F for me is that it is still to this day purely skin care

that hasn’t diversified into makeup or a cosmetic make up company that

has diversified into skin care. It particularly targets the issues and stands

for you.
