Roderick is a one of a kind #veganaf character. If you are connected to my home shala in any way – you know Roderick. He is humble and friendly and kind. We met each other when I worked at my dads business. I was picking up fruit for a customer of mine when I first met him. We chatted and I saw that he was ready for yoga and the changes that come with it. So I gave him a free class pass – and he showed up. And he has continued to show up consistently for himself and his community. It’s been a pleasure to get to know him and watch him grow through his practice over the last several years. His road to yoga was not an easy one but it’s definitely inspiring and not because of the outer change- even though that has been substantial- it’s because of the inner work. Artwork by Makayla Hunt
