Mike is the owner operator and proprietor of the Claddagh Irish Pub in Gilroy CA. I have know Mike since I was 19 year old. My first job in a kitchen was at this pub. I have since used the skills that I have learned here to pay my bills for the last 19 years. I work every year on St Paddys the biggest day of the year for the pub. I had Mike if he had an hour to spare to sit down and talk because i have know Mike for 19 years but I don't know really anything about him, where he grew up, early life, and how he came to the United States as a young man. So we talked about that, where he grew up in Limierick City Ireland. Coming over to the states at 24 and starting a family and the start of the place that got me my start in cooking.
