Washington and Curator Marvin Weeks of the 'Dawkins Mural Project' The late Miami City Commissioner Miller Dawkins and his wife still alive and active Mrs. Nancy Dawkins at 102 years of age. The Dawkins Mural Project will be a Mosaic Mural created at the Olympic size pool at Charles Hadley Park in Liberty City it will also incorporate history & art classes about prominent Black Miamians.
