Rodrigo Kede Lima l President of Latin America at Microsoft joined me over this session to discuss his leadership journey, lessons learned, principles he lives by and the broader impact he aspires to achieve.   Rodrigo has had a tremendous Leadership journey working across the US, Latin America, and Asia with some amazing learnings and experiences working with different cultures and people.
