This is the second of two special episodes for Rogationtide, which we mark on the three days preceding the Ascension. This year, that is May 15, 16, and 17. These are Scriptures and prayers especially oriented the meaningfulness and sacredness of human labor. The texts for this episode are Sirach 38:27–32, Psalm 107:1–9, I Corinthians 3:10–14 and Matthew 6:19–24. We also Phillis Wheatley's poem, "An Hymn to the Morning."
