We recently reported on the Rogel Aguilera-Mederos trial regarding the truck driver who crashed his semi-truck on I-70 in Colorado. The crash caused a fiery scene on the interstate and four fatalities.   Rogel was sentenced to 110 years in prison, however, a recent commutation of his sentence will take 100 years off the time he must serve, maybe even more depending upon future parole hearings.
