In this episode, Pastor Rhonda and Pastor Seth interview Roger Kittle, a minister who is now serving at the Four Corners Home for Children on the Navajo Reservation in Farmington, New Mexico. Roger now has a directed focus on discipleship, and making sure that he is apart of the discipling process. This part looks at Roger's early year in ministry and how he got his start serving the Lord. Things do not always goes as planned though. Roger talks about some issues he and his churches had with racial bias and how it affected his church and ministry. This is hard and is something that many of us may have experienced. All of this was fuel though and helped Roger in his future ministry.
