Roger Poupart is the Senior Pastor of Wayside Chapel in San Antonio Texas. Roger has previously served as a Dallas Police Officer. He's on the Board of Dallas Theological Seminary, and has a massive heart for Missions. Matt Prater caught up with Roger in Uganda as they were part of The Renewal Summit at Gaba Community Church.
