Conversations about school choice rarely include homeschooling as an option or include youth perspective. In this second episode of the R.O.G.U.E Podcast, we interview interns from the Black Homeschooling Sustainability Initiative, a non-profit that specializes in encouraging Black families to homeschool. B.H.S.I interns researched the perspectives of Black youth on homeschooling and Black families. They discuss their findings and gave recommendations on how to move forward with six specific audiences in mind: Black parents, Black Youth, School Districts, Private and Public Schools, Funders, Community Organizations.
