Tensions mount as negotiations with Tom Stone have ground to a halt and time is running out to free the hostages. CIA operative Larson is being pressured to end the situation as quickly as possible no matter what the cost in human lives; including the hostages. Commander Nelson begins to worry about everything going up in flames especially his military career. And he reminds Jake Hamilton that lethal force has been authorized to take Stone out and he must follow orders.
