He is also the founder secretary of Digantar, Jaipur an alternative school trying out simple and innovative learning methods. Rohit Dhankar talks about his journey to leading an alternative school in India. The reasons for the gap between policy documents like National Curriculum Frameworks and implementation on the ground. A few additional things Rohit Dhankar has done - he has taught and led a school for 15 years, worked on many programs with the NCERT and SCERTs - National and State Curriculum bodies in India. He has been a part of drafting the National Curriculum Framework 2005. He has also been a part of developing the MA Education (Elementary) Program at TISS, Mumbai.
