This week’s reflection was born out of Thursday’s Roho Rest Live session — and first, a deep thank you to everyone who showed up. What we shared in that space was real.
We talked about what it costs to pretend we’re okay when we’re not.
For me, that pretending showed up as a panic attack.
And I’ve had to sit with the truth: my body was responding to the strain of living a lie — smiling, functioning, leading… while internally knowing I was totally OUT of alignment.
Sometimes anxiety isn’t weakness.Sometimes it’s your body refusing to keep performing.
This is about faith, yes.But it’s also about integrity.
Integrity between what you feel… and how you live.
Sending love to those of you who are quietly holding more than anyone knows.
We don’t have to live the lie anymore.
