    DESCRIPTION

Okay, so you are scared of failing, and the only plan you have is to push harder. Honestly, I get it. Wynn Austin gets it too.

When her co-packer in Mexico failed to deliver, her sauce brand was out of stock for six months. She was running out of money, going through a divorce, raising her girls, and working three jobs to keep it alive. The fear of failing told her to push harder, and pushing harder is what nearly broke her.

In this episode, Wynn and I talk about what to do when the business does not go the way you planned. We get into the fear-based thoughts that say it has to be all or nothing, why running on fear is not sustainable, and how to keep the vision while giving yourself permission to go slow.

Wynn is the founder of Wynn’s Kitchen, a line of better-for-you Asian sauces that came out of her own healing journey. I also share what I found in her Human Design chart, and why her design says to wait for clarity instead of deciding from the panic.

If you are in the middle of the middle right now, this one is for you.

Have you ever been so ready to do something and then completely frozen before you even start?

That happened to me recently. I signed up for a race and instead of just being excited, I spiraled. What if I don’t hit my goal time? What if I don’t perform the way I think I should? What if I show up and it’s not good enough?

The pressure I was putting on myself was the very thing keeping me from starting.

In this solo episode, I’m walking you through the pressure patterns we carry without even realizing it, the ones that quietly talk us out of starting before we ever get to the beginning. I also share a peace investment tool you can use to identify and release that pressure so it stops running the show.

You’ll walk away with a way to spot your own pressure patterns, something to shift the story you’re telling yourself when you feel stuck, and a tool to actually move through it instead of around it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck and couldn’t figure out why, this might be the episode that explains it.

    Episode Description

What if the voice telling you that you are not enough is not actually yours?

Asha Mody spent years watching founders scroll themselves into self-doubt, comparing their chapter one to someone else's chapter ten, internalizing the noise of LinkedIn and Instagram until it crowded out the one voice that actually matters. Her own. And she lived this before she helped anyone else through it. After years unable to work in the US during an immigration season that stripped away every external marker of identity she had, Asha had no choice but to go inward. What she found there changed everything she built next.

In this conversation we talk about what it actually means to build your identity from the inside out, not from gurus, not from highlight reels, not from someone else's definition of success. We talk about the difference between the noise that is everywhere and the signal that is already inside you. We talk about what becomes possible when you stop waiting for the outside world to tell you who you are and start listening to who you already know yourself to be.

If you have been letting the scroll tell you what to believe about yourself, this one is for you.

    In This Episode
    • Why external voices, LinkedIn, Instagram, the highlight reel, create noise that sounds like truth but is not
    • What happens to your sense of self when you strip away every external marker of identity
    • The difference between an inherited definition of success and your own
    • How to separate who you genuinely are from the roles and expectations you have been carrying
    • Why your next chapter does not need an invented identity; it needs a clearer expression of who you already are
    • What Asha's Human Design reveals about her pivot energy and why following what lights her up has always been the right strategy
    About Asha Mody

Asha Mody is the founder of Mindsy Design Studio and a mindful brand strategist for founders in their second chapter. She helps women in transition build brands from the inside out, separating who they genuinely are from the roles, expectations, and inherited definitions of success they have been carrying. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: your next chapter does not need an invented identity. It needs a clearer expression of who you already are.

What if everything you have been told about pushing through is wrong?

Not because grit does not matter. But because the pressure you are carrying — the external expectations, the voices, the need to prove yourself — is actually the thing slowing you down. And releasing it is the thing that sets you free.

Kaylee Frederick is a 21 year old ultramarathon runner from Johnstown Pennsylvania who has already rewritten the record books. She ran her first ultra at fourteen. Her first hundred mile race at sixteen. She became the youngest person in history to finish Badwater 135 at eighteen — a 135 mile race considered one of the toughest on the planet. She has completed over fifty ultras and finished second among all American women at the IAU 24 Hour World Championship covering nearly 148 miles in a single day.

And in August 2026 she won the Eastern States 100 mile race outright. First overall. Beating every man and every woman on the course. Finishing ninety minutes ahead of the next finisher and setting a new course record of 23 hours and 9 minutes. She is the first woman to win Eastern States outright in the race's ten year history.

She did not do it by pushing harder.

She did it by releasing the pressure.

In this conversation Kaylee and Courtney get into what it actually looks like to get out of your own head when everything hurts and every voice says stop. How external pressure becomes internal noise. And how dissolving that pressure — not gritting through it — is the thing that actually carries you to the finish line.

This episode is not just for runners. It is for every woman who is carrying more pressure than she needs to and wondering why she feels so exhausted.

    In this episode:

    • What ultramarathon running actually is and what Eastern States 100 demands of its runners
    • What getting out of your head actually feels like from the inside of a hundred mile race
    • How Kaylee dissolves external pressure before and during a race — and how that translates to everyday life
    • What her coach said at mile eighty that changed everything
    • Why pressure is not just a mental problem — it is the thing that creates burnout
    • What the pain cave actually teaches you about not quitting
    • What Kaylee wants every woman who is pushing too hard and feeling empty to hear right now

Think pushing harder is the answer? What if releasing the pressure is.

Your peace is the most profitable thing you will ever invest in.

You have been told you are fine.

Your labs are normal. Your numbers look good. Everything checks out.

And yet something is wrong. You know it. You have known it for a long time. But after enough dismissals you started to wonder — maybe I am the problem. Maybe I am just tired. Maybe I am just not trying hard enough.

This episode is for every woman who has ever been told she was fine when she was not.

Dr. Sarah Khan was diagnosed with Hashimoto's at fourteen. Her sisters have it too. Everything was manageable until college when the brain fog hit so hard she could not keep up with her peers. Her labs looked normal so doctors dismissed her. For close to a decade she was told it was all in her head. And she started to believe them. She thought she was undisciplined. She thought she was lazy. She was not.

She found her own answers. She advocated for herself. She left a successful career. She built a practice to help other women do what she had to figure out completely alone.

Dr. Sarah holds a PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and an MBA. She is the founder of Sarah Integrative and Functional Nutrition, a concierge private practice specializing in autoimmune disease, gut health, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic health. Her approach goes after the root cause — not the symptom — because she knows from her own body that the symptom is never the whole story.

This conversation is about what happens when you finally stop trusting the dismissal and start trusting yourself instead.

    In this episode:

    • What Hashimoto's actually is and why it is so often missed or misdiagnosed
    • What it feels like to be dismissed by the medical system for close to a decade
    • How brain fog and fatigue quietly convinced Sarah she was the problem when she was not
    • What self advocacy at the doctor actually looks like in practice
    • Why leaving a successful career to follow what she knew was true was the most strategic thing she ever did
    • What Dr. Sarah wants every woman who has been dismissed to know right now
    • How to start identifying the root cause of what your body has been trying to tell you

You are an achiever. You get things done. You push through.

And no matter how much you do it never quite feels like enough.

That is not a productivity problem. That is a perfectionism problem. And it might be the thing that is quietly keeping you stuck.

Alayna Bellquist is a marine scientist, author, and the woman who healed herself from late-stage Lyme disease when doctors could not give her the answers she needed. She is the author of Resilient by Nature — a memoir of curing chronic Lyme disease — and the creator of a 4-stage recovery framework that has helped others heal when conventional medicine fell short.

But here is what makes Alayna's story so powerful for this conversation.

She is an overachiever in every sense of the word. She grinds. She gets things done. She does not stop. And when Lyme disease hit she tried to grind through that too. The same drive that built her career became the same pattern that made her healing harder. Doing more, researching more, perfecting every protocol — and still not feeling like it was ever quite good enough.

Perfectionism looked like high standards. It felt like care. But it was actually the thing keeping her stuck.

This conversation is for the woman who has been achieving her whole life and still feels like she is not where she is supposed to be. Who cannot turn it off. Who does not know how to be enough without doing more.

    In this episode:

    • Why perfectionism is not a high standard — it is a trap
    • What overachieving actually costs you and where the pattern comes from
    • How trying to grind through everything — including your healing — makes everything harder
    • What it looks like to finally let something be good enough
    • How to stop doing more and start trusting yourself instead
    • What Alayna wishes she had known before perfectionism ran her into the ground

Nothing ever feels good enough. Until you realize the answer was never doing more.

Your peace is the most profitable thing you will ever invest in.

She is the creator of the PACER Method and the author of True Grit and Grace.

And in this conversation she shares something most people never hear from someone with her story.

Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is say no.

This episode is a re-release because the message is too important to only hear once. If you are in a season where you are doing too much and saying yes to everything and wondering why you feel so depleted — this one is for you.

    In this episode:

    • What 34 surgeries and chronic pain taught Amberly about what actually matters
    • Why true grit is not always pushing harder — sometimes it is knowing when to stop
    • The power of saying no as a form of self trust and self protection
    • How simplifying your life and your business creates more impact not less
    • What resilience actually looks like from the inside — not the highlight reel

You are exhausted. You are in the messy middle. And every voice in your head is telling you to quit.

Here is what nobody is telling you. The answer is not more resilience. It is not gritting your teeth and pushing harder. It is not finding another level of grit you have not accessed yet.

The answer is something completely different. And that is what this episode is about.

Tracy Beavers is a business and sales coach with over twenty years of experience helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through organic marketing strategies. She is the founder of Tracy Beavers Coaching, a published author, a public speaker, and the creator of the podcast Create Online Business Success. She has been featured by CBS television, the Wall Street Journal, and Kajabi. She has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs get from where they are to where they actually want to be — without burning out in the process.

In this conversation Tracy and Courtney dig into the thing nobody talks about in the messy middle. The micro steps that feel like nothing but are actually everything. The resilience reframe that changes how you move through the hard seasons. And why the goal is not to feel better about where you are — it is to keep moving forward even when it feels awful.

This episode got a brand new intro and a fresh edit because the message is too important to stay buried. If you are in the middle of something hard right now this one is for you.

    In this episode:

    • Why the answer to exhaustion is not more resilience and what it actually is
    • How micro steps in the messy middle add up to everything
    • Why the big goals are impossible without going through the messy middle first
    • What resilience actually looks like when you strip away what you think it means
    • How to keep going when quitting feels like the only logical option
    • What Tracy knows after twenty years of helping entrepreneurs survive their hardest seasons

The messy middle is not the problem. It is the point.

You have tried the planners. You have tried the morning routines. You have tried blocking your calendar and batching your tasks and getting up earlier.

    And you are still behind.

Here is what nobody is telling you. It is not a scheduling problem. It is a technique problem. And the technique has nothing to do with your calendar.

I started swimming laps again this year and I became completely obsessed. I did triathlons back in the day and getting back in the water has been the best thing for me. Of course I immediately went down a YouTube rabbit hole and now my entire feed is swimming videos.

Every single one of them says the same thing.

You do not get faster by pulling harder. You get faster by getting more efficient.

The woman with good technique glides right past the one thrashing away in the next lane. Using half the energy. Going twice as fast.

And I could not stop thinking about how many of us are the one thrashing.

Last week in our mastermind one of our members asked a question that stopped the whole room. She had done the work on her money mindset. She had shifted her relationship with financial scarcity. But time felt completely different. Time IS finite. So how do you apply abundance thinking to something that actually runs out?

    Every single hand went up.

This episode is my answer. And I want to give you something you can actually do this week — a five minute tool called the Yes Audit that is going to change how you spend the next seven days.

    In this episode:

    • Why abundance thinking does not apply to time the same way it applies to money — and what actually works instead
    • The real reason you feel behind even when you fit everything in
    • What swimming laps taught me about balance — and why it is a technique problem not a scheduling problem
    • The Yes Audit — a five minute exercise that will show you exactly where your time is really going
    • Why you are not bad at boundaries — you are just fast at yes
    • What priority guilt actually is and how to stop letting it run your day

You are not thrashing because you are not strong enough. You are thrashing because nobody taught you the technique.

You started this business because of something you believed in.

And somewhere in the middle of building it you started to lose yourself in it.

The hiring decisions that felt off. The clients you took because you needed the revenue. The vision that started to blur the bigger things got. The version of you that knew exactly why you started this — getting quieter and quieter.

This episode is for the female founder who is building something real and feeling herself disappear inside of it.

Aravinda Seshadri is a Stanford Law graduate who built an impressive career in business law and then made one of the bravest decisions a high achieving woman can make. She walked away from the version of success that looked right on paper and built something that actually felt right on the inside. Today she runs Venturous Counsel, a firm that serves founders and early stage startups with diversity and equity at its core — not as an afterthought but as the entire point.

Aravinda figured out something most founders learn too late.

You cannot build your vision without asking for what you actually need. And you cannot ask for what you need if you do not believe you are worthy of it.

In this conversation Aravinda and Courtney get into what it actually looks like to stay anchored to your mission as you grow. How to hire people who protect your vision instead of diluting it. How to keep asking for what you need even when the people pleaser in you wants to shrink. And how to build a business that stays true to you — not just your strategy.

    In this episode:

    • What it actually feels like to build a career that looks successful but feels completely empty
    • How Aravinda walked away from corporate law and built something rooted in purpose
    • Why keeping your mission alive as you grow requires asking for what you actually need
    • How to hire people who protect your vision instead of pulling you away from it
    • Why worthiness is the foundation of every business decision you make
    • What it looks like to build a firm where everybody wins — clients, community, and you.
