We're back! This week I am joined by my mom to talk all things work/life balance (hint: it is possible!) as well as role models, mentors, and what it takes to be a good interviewee. My mom has great insight into these topics as she has been a mentor and role model to many both at her job as a dermatologist and at home as a mother of four.
