I have owned this Call of Cthulhu starter set for too long and thought it was time to finally crack it open and take it for a spin. As you'll see, I found the solo adventure (choose your own adventure) Alone Against the Flame very beginner friendly, and entertaining. It made me want to learn more about the system, which means the starter set met its intended goal.
