Roll Models D&D: Episode 109 – Magic, Mourning and Mayhem
RECAP TIME:
Our heroes had returned to Delnori, the chasm city to heal, to celebrate, and soon to say farewell.
The nemesis, Xethir, would soon return. With the Surgepyres under his control, he would resurrect his otherworldly god with the power of an interdimensional surge that happens every thousand years… and the clock had run down.
The first step to get ahead, was find the first piece of terror, before the minions of Xethir. But with the curator giving them vital information about a contract seeking out dangerous people to do just that, pressure was on. In the final days in the new home, Delnori, they took their philanthropic thievery business, a fine dining sweet restaurant, and their relationships, all to the next level. But the curator also told them of another contract… one seeking a bounty… for Ahmaya and her mysterious, sentient sword, Murmur.
The mysterious assassin that followed them, would soon make their move.
