Roll Models D&D: Episode 89 – The Wrath of the Broken Sea
RECAP TIME:
With captain Killid's blood, our heroes forged the blood key and escaped the remains of the first tomb on the ancient map, resurfacing to the Oddmium Trist and the rest of the crew. Ready to set sail for the last tomb marked: the Seal Sanctum.
Captain Killid revealed the truth of his origin, that his only goal was to find a home in a secret burrowing for his God-patron, Onru, an evil being our heroes were aware of, and he insisted he was resurrected for this purpose alone and that he could be trusted.
Days passed on the journey and our heroes found out secrets of their own. Ahmaya discovered she was not originally of this world, Descordia, and Eugene found a more precise location of one of the Lexicon caches – in his home town of Boraxuss. Both together came to believe that the warning noises from the Murmur sword and the Lexicon were from Xethir being present, or nearby.
Meanwhile, Ora worked to finish the long enchanting process of his locket, Freya decided to visit the Nexus through her God's Lantern. Where she found a great, moonstone lion guarding Juness's soulway.
Moxie and Eugene were also delivered a message each from the copper harpy of the Curator - two memories that exposed secrets. Moxie's quarry, Zapes, appeared before the curator covered in rags and give her a collection of carved bones. And Eugene was greeted with the sight of Duke Lucard, father of the noble that died at the his family's sweet shop years before. And Lucard was pleased to know that he and Freya were together…
Sentinel gave their blood to the Arbitel of the Burrowed worlds, the book taken from Crissaphaene, and it gifted them power over sealcraft… but at a steep price.
