In this podcast I analyze the affect of believing in a God on anxiety.  We examine the major religions of Judaism, Islam and Christianity.  We look at their laws and requirements and its affect on anxiety in an individual.  Likewise, we look at an extensive study from Duke University that shows how people who are religious deal with isssues like self esteem, adversity, hope, optimism, depression, suicidal tendencies and anxiety

Almost all individuals struggle with health anxiety at some point in their life.  It could come from a pandemic like COVID or it could be an ache or pain which has not been diagnosed, or other diseases.  We discuss how we can intelligently determine the severity of an illness or whether it is an illness at all.  Are our actions adding to the anxiety, are we obsessive in seeking answers, or are we too casual about our health? 

Who hasn't had problems with finances?  It can manifest itself in many ways.  People react quite differently when faced with the stress of not being able to pay your bills.  We will review a myriad of ways people react and demonstrate common sense solutions how to deal with this distress.
