DAY 1 AT BIOHACKERS WORLD NYC 🧬✨
Pepper fam, you KNOW I was in my element for this one. 😂
Back in June, I spent Day 1 at Biohackers World New York, and this was definitely not your average wellness event. From the moment I walked in, it was basically a giant playground for anyone who wants to learn more about health, longevity, performance, recovery, and the science behind optimizing how we live.
Day 1 kicked off with the conference opening and a full schedule of keynotes, panels, and educational sessions, while the expo floor brought together wellness brands, technologies, practitioners, and innovators from across the biohacking space.
And obviously… of course I went to a biohacking convention and immediately went looking for the science. 😂🧬
I’m taking you along for some of what I saw, heard, experienced, and learned on Day 1 — from the speakers and conversations to the technology and the people who are pushing these conversations forward.
And if watching this has you thinking, “Okay Caitlin… I want to go to one of these,” I have good news. 👀
