Welcome Language Learners! This is Part 1 of the Romance Language Special. We have Larissa, 23 years old is from Brazil. She speaks Brazilian Portuguese which is her native language, Spanish and Italian in a intermediate level and she is currently learning French and Japanese. She will speak about the Romance Languages, which ones she knows/ learning and her thoughts to some of the questions I ask her! She will also speak on her language insecurities as well. We forgot to mention how Valentine's day is celebrated in Brazil, so here it is:
Valentines Day in Brazil (Portuguese): Valentine's day happens on June 12, The date is June 12 because it is close to Saint Anthony's Day on June 13 ( a marriage saint) Santo Antônio = Santo Casamenteiro.
