A short film about curiosity. I bought this haina, a beautifully-frogged, heavy felted coat, from a Romanian folk museum about 25 years ago. At the time I didn't find out much about it - the person who sold it to me probably wasn't that interested, the museum was selling off unwanted stuff, and the staff earned a pittance - but now I'm keen to find out more, in case I can pass it on to someone who'd really like it. After returning to Romania in July 2025 I met someone who collects old artefacts and mentioned the coat to him. Home again, I've re-edited this short video to show him what the coat looks like, and maybe attract some other attention too.
