  1. THE ORDER OF IDOLATRY
    1. They didn’t see fit to acknowledge God.
    2. God gave them up to a debased mind.
    3. They did what ought not be done
    4. IDOLATRY IS EVIL
    5. WE NEED A CHURCH GROUNDED IN REALITY
    6. THE GOSPEL
      1. We must see that the evil is real.
      2. We must begin to connect how the evils in our moment are rooted in suppression of the truth.
      3. We must see that idolatry is not only personal and individual but corporate.

        4. Ephesians 2:1–2 (ESV)

        And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—
