The second half of Romans chapter five could be summed up as "Two men in a one act play." Paul uses the picture of "two Adams"; a first Adam, the Adam in the garden, bringing original sin into humanity, and then the "second Adam"--Jesus Christ--who provides a remedy for this sin.
