If the apostle Paul had a radio program, Iʼm pretty sure it would have been called, What Shall We Say Then? Those are the opening words of verse thirty, but itʼs now the fifth time heʼs used the phrase in Romans. It indicates he is about to draw a conclusion but, more than that, an inevitable conclusion.
