Having bad mental health isn't insurmountable, in fact most people have had experiences or have had bad mental health but hid it from not only the world but themselves. They run away and neglect it hoping that its nothing more then just a mood swing. This episode is to show you that you don't have to run away from bad mental health, and will give you effective methods to overcome it.
