Episode 89: Over the last ten years, Ron Lameij (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ron-lameij-23a6b1/) has helped organisations and people become more entrepreneurial and innovative and helping them become successful with their innovations.

Ron has worked with large multinational companies, with small and medium businesses and with many start-ups and incubators. He provides training, workshops, coaching that support his customers in creating an innovation strategy, an innovation process, a fitting innovation portfolio and he helps them create and develop innovative ideas.

For students of Leiden University and Leiden University College (LUC) he created courses that take the students through many steps of creating an enterprise and building a business model. Throughout the course the students become acquainted with the start-up way of working.

Due to Covid-19, Ron is changing his way of working and the company he works for and has recently established a new company called ‘Impuls voor Innovatie’ (https://impulsvoorinnovatie.com).
