Bafana Bafana are braced for a tough 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Ivory Coast this evening when they face Benin.

South Africa was unable to conduct their captains’ run at the stadium yesterday and despite this setback they are quietly confident.

South Africa are on the top of Group C, while Benin are in second at the halfway stage.

The Bafana captain and goalkeeper, Ronwen Williams, said they will have to work hard for the three points.
