Today, I take you on a Feng Shui guided tour of the Master Bedroom - the room that reflects YOU.

This is a room that I feel ridiculously passionate about - so do excuse my enthusiasm at points!

My biggest takeaways for you from today's episode are:

- Don't get bogged down with the Feng Shui rules, just use them as a guideline and choose the ones that are important and realistic to you.    

- Rather than worrying about it too much, just get a feel for your room. What is it saying about you? Your relationship? Your view of yourself? Use it like a mirror - what do you see?

When it comes to mothers, this is the room of the house that I believe you should focus on. No, your friends won't sit in there to drink their tea, and no, guests won't comment on how beautiful it is or how comfy...and you probably won't splash it over social media - but the power this room holds is like the core.
