A new season is upon us.

In this first episode of Season Three I share insight to expectations we have for ourselves, as well as my inability to understand context in conversations and learning to teach myself how to be hyper-aware by going into a "fight/flight" response to understand what was going on. Heightening my senses for increased context comprehension.
