The first thought I had when I heard Roo's story was, we just never know what people have gone through and had to endure in their life. Be kind to everyone, EVERYONE. 

Roo faced childhood trauma that nobody should have to experience. However, instead of focusing on the trauma, through a lot of hard work and determination, she has chosen to focus on her purpose and passion instead. She is working hard to obtain a facility to make a difference in as many lives of young people she can.
