Root Chakra Experiences - Episode 3

Today I felt grounded much more quickly than I did the previous day. Something is clearly working here. On this episode, I am discussing the feelings and visualizations that I experienced in my second day of my 21 day yoga mission to ascend up the chakra system. If I reach enlightenment and float away, then I will do my best to let you know. Jokes aside, today we also discuss foods that are defined as balancing for the root chakra. Remember, too much or not enough of something can be detrimental, see scurvy and vitamin see and also see vitamin c overloading causing a sick belly. The point is both are extremes and the opposite of balance. If you want balance in your life, it might make more sense to start by balancing on one leg in the Vrikshasana (tree) pose.  Take care, and I hope these words find you well.
