In this week's episode, Dr. Danielle and Bob investigate the meaning of health. What, precisely, do we mean when we talk about the health of an individual? We discuss why it's important to be careful in choosing our words when discussing health, as well as how the context of health has shifted over the last century. 

Dr. Danielle and Bob are back to explore the nature of pain, down to the cellular level. We discuss the importance of pain, and why we can sometimes view it as a blessing, as well as how alleviating pain can help us self-actualize. 

Dr. Danielle and Bob find inspiration in the master horse archers of the Mongolian culture and unpack what they can teach us about chiropractic care and beyond!

After some incredibly restful and restorative trips to start the summer, Dr. Danielle and Bob are back to discuss the importance of rest, as well as building health rituals into your life. 

In the third episode of our series on fascia, Bob and Dr. Danielle take a deep dive into how fascia informs her work as a chiropractor, and her education and practice of BGI (Bio-Geometric Integration). 

Dr. Danielle and Bob continue their exploration on the subject of fascia. Bob gives his background and evolution as a manual therapist focused on fascial care, as well as his shift into more fascia-based functional movement.
